Press the "F2" on your
keyboard to open the registration window. If
you are unable to register (unlock) your software, please
locate the error message below and follow the corresponding
solution.
1) "Your Registration ID is invalid, please try again."
Try pasting the code into the text box to avoid typing
errors. When you copy and paste the Registration ID, please
make sure that there are no spaces before or after the
Registration ID.
2) "Registration ID not
available online."
It's possible that your computer is behind a firewall or it
may be using a proxy server. Either of these could prevent
your computer from accessing our server. You will need an
offline Activation Code to register. With an
Activation Code you can unlock the software without an
internet connection. Use the following link to obtain an
Activation Code:

3) "Your application has
already been registered on another computer."
If you wish to install the software on more than one
computer, you must purchase additional licenses. If you wish
to install the software on a different computer, please
email customer support and provide the "User ID" (shown on
the Registration window - press F2 to open the window) of
the new computer. We will deactivate the registration
for the old computer and activate the license for the new
computer on our registration server. You may contact customer

4) "Wrong Activation
Code."
Try pasting the code into the text box to avoid typing
errors. When you copy and paste the Activation Code, please
make sure that there are no spaces before or after the
Registration ID.
5) Any other error
message: Please contact us by email
support@lgsoftwareinnovations.com and provide us the exact error
message as well as your Registration ID and User ID.
